Royal Blue Pool Construction

I selected Royal Blue to do our pool remodel after Warren [redacted] came out and quoted the job He was not the least expensive, but I was comfortable that he would do a good job Warren gave me a start date of "sometime late next week"; however, when I called, he said he was running behind because of another job, and would be delayed starting unit the following week I never heard from him until Thursday before Memorial Day Warren said since it was a holiday weekend coming up, it would be best to start on Tuesday morning after the holiday At this point, I just said that would be fine On Tuesday, no one ever showed up, and I left repeated messages on his phone (asking if he was OK.) I never received a return call and after a couple of days, the phone started reporting that "the party you are trying to reach is not accepting calls." I tried from several different numbers thinking he may have blocked my number, but same response I still have no clue what happened to him, or his business Needless to say, I chose a different pool company to do my project

The lead guy I've talked to does not return call or text after service was performed I was told several things such as they would get my water back to proper levels and that I have warranty for years The only chemical they put in was acid and not the other things needed for pool water There's also a solid streak in my pool from the poor job resurface Not happy with the company

Apparently you cannot have zero starsHad a contract with Warren to reset coping, replace tile and replaster our poolHis quaility of work was a disaster, scheduling the work was schetchy and his tile person had no idea how to do his tradeWe shut it down within a week and found a true pool contractorHe got very ugly when I had to sever the contract but I was glad I didStay away from this company

I contracted this company to take care of my pool while it was up for saleThey failed to make even a single visit even though Warren assured me they were taking care of itI've not got to have another company drain, wash and refill the pool due to stains and algae
