Royal Bee did our landscaping in Spring of 2016, in fall 3 of our trees died and we had a year warrantee on them. *** owner advised that she would replace trees in Spring 2017. Spring came around and she kept pushing us out for the replacement of trees. September 2017 still no trees replaced and replanted. with no notification she dropped off smaller and completely different unplanted trees at the side of the house. Trees have died and we have to now purchase trees out of pocket. We we hired another company services and when removing dead trees they advised he trees dies cause they were planted incorrectly with rope at the roots and therefore suffocated the trees. We we're very generous to *** and her crew, gave her out business plus the referral to 5 other homes in the area. We wanted to hire her for annual services but she wanted nothing to do with us once she was done. Very disappointed and how she pulled the wool over out eyes.
