My initial experience with the owners was very positiveThey were very kind and had my mattress made and delivered in daysHowever, after sleeping on the mattress for about a month, my husband and I were not pleasedMuch too bouncy and you can feel every move from your partnerMy back hurts every morning and the mattress is not what I thought it would be likeThe company does not offer a return policyAfter talking with them and expressing my displeasure, their solution was to charge $to pick up the mattress and at least $more to make changes to it to make it more comfortableI did not call back to except this option and did not receive a follow up call from the company eitherAfter spending nearly $for this mattress I thought it was poor customer service to ask me to pay moreI realize the time and materials cost money, but sometimes companies have to take on the cost to please the customerGoing to look in to a pure latex topper from an online company with good reviews to hopefully make it more comfortable

Not pleased with the product, want to return mattress and get my money returned

My wife and I purchased the split King adjustable bed, about months agoAnd We both agree that we are getting a Great night sleepI had reservations about Royal because we had always bought a national brand mattress and not the cheap ones
Owners were great! They listened to what we were looking for and explained the different mattresses they have and helped us to make an excellent choiceWe would definitely use them again and highly recommend them
