In 2017, I had my shower removed and replaced. The shower was not properly installed based upon looks though Brandon tried to reassure me it was. After confirming with Delta (the manufacturer), and having 3 licensed plumbers review the work, it was confirmed it wasn’t installed properly. Brandon wouldn’t fix it without charging me again. After going to small claims court, he was required to reinstall the shower. 2 years later, my shower starts leaking into my bathroom below it. I got quotes from 2 plumbers who each said that the shower drain was not installed to code and was now coming apart and causing the water to fall through my bathroom floor through the first floor ceiling. I’m now forced to pay to have that fixed. There’s no telling what else I’m going to have to have fixed down the line as it breaks. This was a simple job. I’d hate to see what he does with a complex job.

Brandon replaced our *** furnace (which lasted more than 20 years) with a new and more efficient *** furnace (I figured if the previous one lasted that long, I would stick with it). He did an amazing job, and worked hard and diligently all day on a Sunday to make sure that my family had heat. He was kind, courteous, and very fair in his pricing.
