Dishonest people at this dealership. The cars they are selling are basically all bad. They don’t put time and effort into fixing the cars but clear the car’s memory instead. Couldn’t even pass e-check because the car’s memory has been wiped and not fixed. They promised to fix brakes, which was the problem ( a measles $150 is a cheapest brakes with rotors) but they didn’t. Instead, cheered us and lied until the loan officer paid them and when the car couldn’t go through e-check I I wanted to return it but they wouldn’t even talk to me.
YOU WANT A GOOD CAR DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I totally see that you are upset were you shouldn't be because everything was replaced in the car you purchased before you received the car. We replaced the brakes and changed the oil for you even replaced the ABS pump so the car can run great and it does. You have the car and it has no problems to it hope that you enjoy it as well it a great car and drives smooth with no problems after replacing the parts that needed to be replaced.
I purchased a 2006 Mercedes Benz E500 vehicle VIN #*** on October 15th, 2019 from Royal Automotive. Upon purchase of vehicle the dealer promised to fix a new radio,fan sensor, purge valve. After I left the dealer I noticed that the horn and windshield wipers did not work. I contacted the finaince co.(TEBO) and they contacted the dealer and let him know this is a major safety issue. I have this in writing as well on my paperwork and signed by the dealer on the items he promised to repair. On October 16th 2019 I went to start my car to go to work and the car would not start. Luckily I have AAA so they came to tow the car back to the dealer and he had promised to fix the things that he promised and told me that he did not want me to come get the car until all the things he promised we're fixed which that sounded like a great idea to me as well. When I went to pick up the car the windshield wipers did work temporarily they worked when I was at the dealer and as soon as it rained they were not working and I had to stop five times on the side of the freeway to wipe off my windshield. He never fixed the horn he also never fixed the radio which he had promised to give me a whole new navigation / radio unit and when I went to pick up the car the owner told me over the phone that he was on vacation and that his mechanic will give it to me when I pick up the car. The mechanic told me he was advised to not give me this radio / navigation unit, but 5 mins before I got there via phone call the owner (***) told me that his mechanic will be given that to me since he could not fix it. The problem here is this was the promise and agreement that he gave me while I was purchasing the car and I have this documented on my paperwork for proof as well. I asked the mechanic what did he fix and he looked at me with a blank face and said nothing really. So at this point I was extremely upset because I have gone as a few weeks without my car that I had just bought and there has been nothing promised fixed.
In regarding of complain ID I attached all the receipts for everything that has been repaired in the car and I personally made sure that everything was received as promised to the customer. In regarding the window wipers they were fixed and working at the dealer before she left also she was handed the radio and navigation receiver on Wed 11/20/2019 which I was supposed to install for her but she decided to take it to another shop that she knows. The Vapor Canister Solenoid and the Crankshaft Position Sensor were replaced.
