I am responding to a complaint that was submitted by [redacted] It has been brought to our attention that a complaint has been filed against Royal Auto Inc, and we would like to resolve the issue as swiftly as possibleThe issue that [redacted] is having is that the price of the vehicle was raised to $as she claimsThis is not the caseThe sticker price of the vehicle was $Due to her credit, the bank that we have financed her through charges us a bank fee in which we have to raise the price to cover the bank fee that is given to usThe sell price of the vehicle was $plus tax, title, day tag, doc fee's, and gap insuranceThe price of the vehicle was told to her prior to her signing any paperworkWe have all the necessary paperwork that was explained to her and signed by her on file and can be provided if neededThe customer also filed this complaint with the Revdex.com against us before making contact with us to get a full understanding of everything [redacted] even showed up to our lot after the first complaint was filed and we had explained everything to her and she said she had fully understood everything, as she had written to the Revdex.com saying that, "I made a mistake about Royal Auto Inc, I went back in to talk with them and he explained it better I wish to apologize to the company for the complaint I filed and with the Revdex.com, they were nice to forgive me thanks Royal Auto" in her own wordsHaving not heard anything more from [redacted] , we had assumed the problem had been resolvedWe had called [redacted] on Tuesday, July 29th of and she had brought up the issue with the check engine light in which she said that her mechanic had said that the light had to have been cleared and hidden by us and when we asked what the engine light code was for, she responded by saying that she still has to take the vehicle in and get it checked outWe have tried to contact her multiple times and every time we say we are from Royal Auto Inc, she hangs the phone up on us so we haven't been able to get back in contact with her As I have stated above, any documentation that would need to be provided with her signature can be provided at any time
