Royal Aroma at 45 Rockefella Plaza #2000, New York, NY is the best of a scam company that you can find! Top of the line! They will treat you like friends and family until it’s time to get your products after you have paid and you will get excuse after excuse and lie after lie. They should be closed for good, serve jail time and be held accountable. I hate that I have to give them a one star when it should be a Negative -17,400 stars. Don't fall for the Hype...Frederic B, Ibrahim D, David S., Dawn K and Bernard O. will all be very professional while they are apart of scam to wipe you dry. This company has stolen $17,400 from me that they were paid in full to produce 1,000 bottles of a blended fragrance that I gave them to produce for my Fragrance Launch! I thought we were like a family and that they were really a real company in helping my fragrance company dream to come true. They will keep feeding you lies where you think your package is coming, but it will never come. The send fake tracking numbers which UPS will tell you they consider the n it goes into excuse after excuse. I'm hurt because I trusted them and was excited about package lost. They will tell you they will switch to Fedex. They will communicate back and forth with lies and this is a US based perfume manufacture and they are just a scam. They also breached our legal contact! I was supposed to have 1000 bottles of parfum since July 31, 2022. They have caused me to lose money on my photoshoot, I now I have to work with 5 vendors costing me thousands more that I didn’t have and had to borrow vs me believing they were a one stop shop. If I don’t do my launch I stand to lose thousands more and I am trying to not have it be a complete lost even though who has $17,400 to just give away. I have asked for a refund several times. At this point they don't answer calls, or emails yield more lies and I am so hurt and upset. I really hope that I am the last person that they get to do this to. I have kept all emails, text and as well as a phone logs. Please don't trust this company. I lost everything and it's not fair that they are allowed to keep doing this to people. They must be stopped. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY from these and shut them down for life!

Review: We paid $6730.00 to Royal Aroma LLC for Fragrance body oil (Person Name was Ibrahim) on May 2016 but after that we keep calling sends hundreds email but the had been compulsively telling lies, that the our product is ready and they are going to ship shortly, but since then 1 year and 8 months passed they never send our products. committing identity theft and failed to provide us product (Fragrance Body oil). When we asked them for a refund, they said they would give us a refund only $5000, but now he is impossible to get in touch with. Also, the business address and the factory address that he provided us seems to be incorrect, and I think my friend and I had become a victim of a scam. I have signed documents, emails, and bank records as proofs. Desired Settlement: We filed a case against Royal Aroma, but the are keep rejecting to receive the Summons. we are planning to open a case in NY State, and send the summons through Sheriff.

He also promised that he would give us a refund if we no longer wish to continue the business. When we asked him for a refund, he said he would give us a refund, but now he is impossible to get in touch with. Also, the business address and the factory address that he provided us seems to be incorrect, and I think my friend and I had become a victim of a scam. Review: I have never purchased a product from this company yet I continue to get text messages from multiple phone numbers advertising the Aroma Royal product. I have blocked at least 10 phone numbers and have sent 'stop' responses on at least 6 numbers in an attempt to end the messages. I should also mention that my cell number is on the do not call list. Numbers that I have received texts from are:::

Review: Royal aroma has refused to provide the proper services as agreed on in the contract. After not providing the required services, I was told to recieve a refund and was later refused to receive my refund back. They changed their address and the location they had was a fraud. Review: I have contacted royal aroma numerous times via phone email and social media. We are in an agreement of products and services. I have not received what was said that I would receive which was a pair of bottle designs that I provided last year and was said to have been made and will be sent to me. I have been told that they have my bottles and that they will send them and then I don't hear from them after that. I have patiently waited several months for their service. And have not received much cooperation from them. I have also asked for the revised formula of my fragrance that I provided and received a plagiarized version of somebody elses formula and not my revised version of the formula I provided. I was informed via email that I would receive these items and have not received anything and am no longer able to get in contact with the companyDesired Settlement: I would like my formula of both my men and womens fragrances and my bottles both men and women. I would also like to be contacted by the owner of the company as to know why I have not received anything and why I was provided with such fraudulent services.
