I paid several thousand dollars for a new concrete driveway August 2015. Within a month I found pieces on concrete about an inch to 2 inches cracking off where the saw had cut the marks. I reported this and after several attempts I received a response. They do not cover any concrete that's chips, cracks anywhere on the driveway. Question is, why did I pay for a new driveway if it's going to look like crap shortly after its put down. They claim this is normal and other driveways in my area are doing the same. I can walk to at least one and that one shows no sign of what I'm experiencing. Now, going on a year later, it continues to chip and crack in several different places. I would caution anyone who wants to use this contractor.
