My name is [redacted], Office Administrator of Royal Aire. I received your the letter dated July 6, 2015 today, July 13, 2015. I have 12 [redacted] in my system. I have no record of F[redacted], so I search through the list of T[redacted] and I do have a [redacted]s with the mailing address of...
[redacted] and a contact phone number of [redacted]. I pulled the file and attached what I have to this email. 1. A copy of original work order April 15, 2015, which I filled out during the first and only contact that I had with [redacted] It is very self explanatory, it has the date I took the call. I then asked for name and mailing address, then a contact phone number and then directions to the home. Then I asked for the reason they were calling and wrote down information given. I told [redacted] that I would put the work order in and the technician that received it would call to make arrangements to come look at his system. 2. I received the work order on my desk for billing, which was April 23, 2015 and then I put it in the mail. 3. I did receive a phone, I do not recall the date, call from a lady, who said that she was [redacted] wife and she was extremely loud on the phone about the amount. I told her that the clock starts from the time the technician & helper leave the shop until they get back to shop from that call. She said it was too much time and that she could drive from [redacted] in 15/20 minutes, which is not possible, especially with our company trucks, they are commercial Econoline E350 Cargo Van they have utility beds with equipment and tools as well as parts and they simply can't fly up the Then she started on the price of the thermostat, I remember her saying she could have gotten one cheaper at [redacted] I told her that the technician would not have put a thermostat on without asking [redacted], she raised her voice again with some remark and I told her I would talk to the technician and see what was done or possibly be done. Then she hung up. I did not get her name, because she did not give her name and she did not give a phone number to call back. 4. I talked to technician that had the work order and to the technician's supervisor. The technician said that he told the homeowner what was going on and the customer said to go ahead and fix it. So the technician put in a new thermostat and then checked operation of thermostat and then checked pressure and amps of the unit and also replaced filters. The supervisor said well if that is what you did, then the bill is correct and it was left at that. 5. I had tried contacting the number that was given to me by [redacted]s and it was no longer in service. This is the only number that I had as a contact. I was out of phone contact options to discuss this conversation with [redacted], the one that I had taken the original call from and the one that my technician had talked to and was given the okay to fix the problem or to discuss about the lady who said she was [redacted] [redacted] 6. There were no other phones calls, so on June 3, 2015 there was a 1.5% late fee added on, taking the new balance to $422.96 and mailed that day, along with a note on the invoice stating that if not paid in full by 6/17/2015, the account will be turned over to collections. 7. On 6/22/2015 I turned over all my past due accounts. [redacted]. My contact is [redacted]. His email is [redacted] 7. I have attached the original work order & first invoice sent for $416.71 and the same invoice again on June 3, with late fee and NOTE. If you have any further questions regarding this account, please contact me. Thanks and have a great day. Best regards, [redacted] Office Administrator Royal Aire
