Royal 32

I recently purchased a home with a high end aluminum roofing system . The previous owner did not have the original manufacturer warranty or any info on the roofing system. Royal 32 came by our door one day. Usually I don?t answer the door for strangers, but the rep was very professional. His truck was fully wrapped with the companies logos and Info, so I felt comfortable. They explained the roofing system to us and did a preventive maintenance inspection. Which helped us with obtaining a new manufacturer warranty and a new roofing system replaced by our insurance carrier due to storm damage. All we had to do was pay our deductible... Royal 32 met with the insurance adjuster and delt with the insurance carrier through the whole process. All we had to do was pick colors and the installation process went very well! They did leave some nails that we found in our flower beds, but since the roof is aluminum. The nails are aluminum and you can?t run a magnet to pick them up. Over all the crews were great and the company will have our business from now on!

I'm a realtor and I absolutely count on Royal 32 to help me with any of my roofing problems; especially when there is an issue between a buyer and seller! They are fast and efficient with dealing with the insurance carrier during the claims process! Even faster at putting the roof on.

They really seem to know the roofing business well. Good customer service. Walked us through every aspect of getting our roof repaired. They didn’t try to pressure us, rather they educated us on the product, process, and prices. Very pleased with our experience with Royal 32 Construction. I will definitely use them again if needed.

A representative from the company was able to get my metal roof replaced through my homeowners insurance. I had a cosmetic wavier which made it super hard if not impossible to get my insurance provider to replace my roofing system. They got it done! I’d recommend them to anyone! A++
