I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and have held them in the highest regard...until now. Six weeks ago the billing company went from Service Experts to Enercare and in that time I have been repeatedly lied to hung up on and refused service. I will be in your office to buy out my Rheem and find myself a reputable company that has no dealings with that sordid company. If asked for a reference I will surely NOT recommend Roy Inch...you have lost a customer.
