website at www.roxy.com for our full return policy and to find a company retail store near you”   Currently our return policy consists of the following, which is located on our website as well:   “This return policy applies to products purchased from Quiksilver, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Quiksilver”) under its “Quiksilver,” “Roxy,” and “DC” brands Quiksilver provides refunds for purchases made at Quiksilver company owned retail and outlet stores (“Company Retail Stores”) and on the Brands’ official e-commerce sites as set forth more fully herein. Pursuant to the terms set forth below, Quiksilver will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase at a Brand’s official e-commerce site. E-commerce purchases can be returned via U.S. Mail or at Company Retail Stores listed on our e-commerce sites (excludes authorized Quiksilver dealers and authorized dealer locations).   Furthermore, The return request in question was denied by our Customer Service Team since it fell outside of our 30 day policy.
