Rox Concrete

Rox Concrete agreed to pour a concrete driveway indicating that they had the knowledge and expertise to do so. The work was performed and within 6 months, the concrete began to crack. Mr. [redacted] ([redacted] Concrete) was contacted but elected to ignore 5 phone calls. During the final call, I explained that I had no option but to investigate the possibility of legal remedy. This call was also ignored. A small claims action was filed in December, 2013 in Sumner County General Sessions Court. That case went to trial on March 13, 2014 and a judgement was awarded to the Defendant. The ruling was that the concrete was not properly finished to provide satisfactory service.
