Two separate business dealings1) Excellent I needed two replacement parts for a cage Rowland direct answered my email immediately, told me how much the parts would cost plus shipping and that they need cashiers check or money order because bounced check fees are exorbitantly high in California and they consequently have that policy The parts arrived when promised and in excellent condition 2) Previously, through *** I purchased two cages at two different occasions The first arrived in good conditionThe second arrived with a factory damaged front that prevented assemblyI contacted Rowland through *** marketplace and Rowland ordered the replacement part and shipped it to me (no delays) It arrived within a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition The manufacturer in China (or where-ever, needs better inspections and much better packaging.)
