I purchased a clothing item from this seller and it has never been received. Per US Postal service this has never left Florida and they have no info on it's current whereabouts. I have reached out to the seller multiple times and only received one initial response and all further emails have been ignored. It is illegal to charge for an item never received and a refund is due. Simply stating you mailed it is not enough - it must be delivered. I have also contacted the home office of LulaRoe Inc which states it is the problem of the individual seller and nothing to do with them. NO ONE is taking responsibility - only taking my money. Not acceptable.
Refund Refund of $15.13 is due.
Package was shipped promptly and has a Tracking #***. I did receive an email from the customer in which I replied. I did not receive any further emails or communication through *** messenger. The customer paid for first class shipping and it does not cover insurance. The postal service will not refund product cost. I sold this piece to the customer at 70% off original cost. I did not profit from this purchase and USPS told me there is nothing that they will do moving forward.

This seller is a liar. I sent a total of THREE emails and only received a reply to the first one. The two subsequent emails were sent via the "reply" button so I know that seller received them! IT IS ILLEGAL to charge for an item NEVER received. And the US postal service CONFIRMED this was never sent past Florida and NEVER was confirmed to be delivered! I am due BY LAW a complete refund. This seller is disreputable. I do not care what "discount" this was sold at - IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED and the US government entity of the post office CONFIRMS it. The tracking number CONFIRMS NEVER RECEIVED! I also contacted the LuLaRoe Headquarters TWICE by phone and they stated they would also forward this complaint to the seller - so that is another way in which she was contacted!
It is completely unacceptable to just state it was sent and then too bad for the buyer - NOPE. The seller is responsible to deliver any item purchased - this is the law! A complete refund is due back to me according to the law.
