Rowe Transportation

Absolutely horrible service. Following pick up from port, the girl said she had to pick up 2 more people leading us to believe we would be on our way back to our hotel. She then proceeded back to our port to pick up four more. It was very uncomfortable. After picking everyone up, she drove past our hotel to take the last group to the airport. At the airport she asked the couple where they were going. That is when I asked where else we were going and confronted her about passing our hotel. She said she had a routine and if you don't like it you can get out! After choice words, we got out. She tried to fight my husband when he was trying to get our luggage. She threw my daughters luggage and a bag of our toiletries that broke when the bag hit the ground. I'm sure the Tampa airport has video as this was outside of her van. Hopefully, Holiday Inn revokes their 3rd party contract, as Rowe does not reflect the quality customer service that Holiday Inn has a reputation for.
