Review: I took the 8 hour and 16 hour security guard training from this company (then known as 1st Security, at [redacted] January **, **, and ** of this year.I received certificates which I need to replace (can't locate them) and cannot get in touch with the school. I checked the NYS Division of Criminal Justice website and was unable to find a record of the certificates' having been filed.Obviously there have been problems with this outfit, since you've given them a F!ThanksEdithDesired Settlement: Either a refund of what I paid for the classes (over $400) or replacement certificates.
