This customer has done nothing but lie and change her story time after time on the issues with her truckThe ball joints where torqued to factory specs and alignment sheet showed the alignment was perfect when it leftThe alternator was working fine when it left but she did said it went bad
That's not anything I can control she was given the option to buy the factory or cheap aftermarketI can't be blamed that someone else's part failedAnd she claimed that the shop that pulled the blue spring kit out said we didn't install the blue spring kit because the spring was white that they took out of itIf it was stock it would have been a black springThe blue spring kit is a blue die that is on the spring but after it has been ran in the truck the diesel fuel makes the blue fad off and becomes whiteThis is the first thing I have ever heard of a problem with her cts monitor but there is no way to install it wrongIt mounts to the windshield and has a cable that runs down to the obdport under the dash and plugs inNot sure how you can install that wrong it's a plug and play systemThe whole issue with this is everything we installed had a lifetime warrantyDidn't matter if we did it or another shop she just had to contact me to get the warranty info for the other shopShes made multiple claims and pulled no shows for small claims court and lied saying she wouldn't be in town for the court date due to a family emergencyWho knows about a family emergency weeks in advance? Thatso not an emergency that's a family vacation that wasn't worth her cancelling to come to courtI sent a payment to the PO address she provided and it was returned to meShe was her money that check is still sitting in my tool box and she can come to my shop and pick it up in person
