DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not take care of their tenants at all. They miscommunicate and blow off tenant problems left and right. They did not take care of my furnace in a timely manner, or when my bathroom ceiling was about to collapse, or when their IS a cockroach infestation IN the aparment complex and in my unit. They will most likely complete maintanence requests and/or cancel them and not tell you why. Or they will lie about which pest control company is coming out to your complex to deal with the pests and do a sy job. And the pest control company or man I should cause he is the only person will get defensive and act unprofessional the whole time. Then find the infestated unit and just try to buy you out of your problems. There is no statement in the lease stating you can terminate the lease early. When you sign with them you sign your rights away as per what theur lease says, and yes you do and they do not give you any resepect for it. They do not deserve to be in business or the $800 dollars we pay them to live there. But aside frol that they have no problem letting me know when rent is due. All they want is my money do not care if my home is a habitable place or safe place.

Most unprofessional and pathetic property management company in my life! Randi is pathetic and Kendra should be fired. They moved me into a place that was not even cleaned up and the previous owner was nasty with dogs who pissed and stted all on the carpet, not to mention they knew I had a 1 year old baby!Then the classless so call property manager Randi took $250 of my deposit and charged me carpet cleaning as an attempt to piss me off even more KNOWING they paid for the carpet to be shampooed TWICE after I moved in then the carpet guy confirmed himself the carpet could not be saved and needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the carpet they agree to let me out my lease in 2 months THEN CHARGED ME A CLEANING FEE FOR MOVING INTO FILTH? They took 28 days to send my deposit on purpose and gave me $400 out of my $1050 deposit and told me they hope im enjoying the sunny day to further be sarcastic after they ignored me for 2 weeks! Karma will eat them alive tho and I cant wait! DO NOT RENT WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS WHO DONT EVEN CLEAN UNIT OR DO PROPER WALKTHROUGH THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE YOU INTO ANY CONDITION ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BLACK!
