This electrical contractor was recommended by my builder and in fact, was suppose to be the builder's regular electrician for all of his custom homesAs it turned out, *** Electrical had only done one other job for the builder, according to *** employees, and severely over-charged for the work provided on my home (by as much as 50%)Shame on me for assuming *** was charging fair rates*** Electrical DID NOT follow the electrical plan; hacked in outlets in an unprofessional manner; and has refused to return to address several warranty matters (thereby negating the promised year warranty provided)The owner of the company,***, is a smooth talking rip-off artist, in my opinion, taking me for at least $20,over and above what this project should have cost to wire (that according to several builders and other electrical contractors I've since consulted)In addition to the high cost was the derogatory statements he made, to his employees, about me, the home owner
