Review: I made payments to rowan collection, beginning in aug. of 2001. I paid a total of 462.90 for a doctor bill I owed. my last payment was made on may of 2012. now I need to see the doctor again, but can not, because the collection agency never told the doctor the bill had been paid. I have tried to contact them to no avail. I even went to the address on their web site and was told they had moved.Desired Settlement: my doctor, [redacted], in winston-salem, to be notified of my paying my debt
