Just want to say that I have just listed my window cleaning route and have been very happy with Jeff & Ken. They explained all and Jeff has kept in constant contact. We hope all goes well and that the route goes Quickly. Couldn't ask for more at this point. Thank you route brokers!

The agreement auto-renews and auto-screws you

I came to this company thinking they must be the best, look at there name. I was very wrong. I did not know what my business should sell for so they started by listing it at $175,000. Then they lowered the price down to around $125,000. After only a few months, each time making me sign a new 6 month agreement.

Now it has been over a year and they have reduced the price of my route to under $100,000 and have still not been able to sell my route.

They have tried, but they seem to really have a problem screening potential buyers.

At first I thought it was the price, then maybe it was the work, but what I have realized is that many of the prospective buyers wanted to purchase my route, but were unable to get the money to do so.

After over a year, they are refusing to let me out of our agreement, that now has 1 month left on it, instead the owner, Ken, threatens to sell my route at the lowest price allowable by the agreement.

The unfortunate truth is I allowed them to lock me into a bad contract and now I have to wait until it is over.

Bottom line, this company can't keep there customers happy, so they have to hold contracts over them, that automatically renew.
