Route 66 Autobody, Inc

Really thought highly of this shop till I had taken my vehicle there to get fixed. That was just the start of problems. Mind you I really like the owner [redacted]!

I had several thousands dollars worth of work done there, and still to this day I payed for things out of my own pocket so that I had a functional vehicle. Started off with them repair/Replace something, than something broke, common for body shops to glue things back together since plastic gets old and breaks, but not old was it glued, but it was a support and that needed replaced since it was constantly being grabbed and had pressure. They said they would fix it, time and time went on, nothing ever happend, I even drove across the state to see what was up, and they acted like they didn't remember why I was there. Needless to say, I paid out of my own pocket to have truck fixed by another shop. I just wanted what they originally broke to be fixed, and what was agreed on at the time of service. Dont get me wrong [redacted] has good intentions, but he cant run the front office, and make customer obligations and fulfill them as well.
