Review: Long story short...I purchased a computer from them in January 2013. In May 2013 the video card died, he said it was my fault (although I didn't believe it) I purchased a new one at $60. Aug. **, 2013 I informed him the computer kept going on and off. He looked at it, I had to contact him, he never gets back to you, said it was power supply and going to repair it (sept **), picked it up finally on sept [redacted]doing the same thing. He had my computer until Jan. ** 2014!!! He finally gave me a different computer but he blocked me from his facebook (that's how I contacted him). He changed his phone number - not that he ever answered anyway - The computer is refurbished, slower than anything, the microsoft office was never completely installed. He kept the disc with all of my information on it. I have documentation of all of our conversations on facebook messenger as he never got on the phone. The most horrible business I have ever dealt with!!!Desired Settlement: I want the product code for the Microsoft office that he half installed and I would also like the disc with all of my information on it or I would like my money back for the whole computer and he can take it back $500. Thank you!!

Review: Failure to produce and install a Windows 7 Computer Tower and HPPrinter + downloading from old XP System for $390 on 4/**/14. My checkfor $390 was cashed on 4/**/2014. Numerous phone messages left forinstallation with company. Two installation dates of 6/* and 6/**/14scheduled with no call to cancel and no showup. Phone messages lefton 7/**, 7/**, 7/** and 7/**/14 with no return phone calls. Certifiedletter dated 7/**/14 mailed to [redacted]nd signed for requestingfull refund. No further contact has been made with me either byphone or in person.Desired Settlement: Notice of my complaint filed with NY Revdex.com and full refund as notedin Complaint Description.
