Right after a car wash I found out the driver side rear view mirror cover popped out and lostThey found it and brought back to me, but the part is brokenNo apology whatsoever, instead the manager kept saying it is my fault or the car had a problemMy car is [redacted] and relatively newThis place has very poor customer service, and nobody cares including even "Manager"This business should be closed

Right after a car wash I found out the driver side rear view mirror cover popped out and lost. They found it and brought back to me, but the part is broken. No apology whatsoever, instead the manager kept saying it is my fault or the car had a problem. My car is 2014 [redacted] and relatively new. This place has very poor customer service, and nobody cares including even "Manager". This business should be closed.
