what mr *** is not saying is that he went far beyond the deposit process, myself and *** *** stayed after closing on thursday night july 9, at mr ***s request to complete his lease agreement with him as a matter of fact I just made fedex with seconds to spare at 8pm so that we
could get his paperwork to the leasing company so that we could register the vehicle on friday july 10, we normally close at 6:pmwe registered mr ***s vehicle on friday july per his request and wishes by 5:pm on july 10, we had the plates on the vehicle a request again that was made by mr ***when mr *** called to cancel on monday july 13, mr *** called and said he had had a change of heart and no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted his $back I informed mr *** that the vehicle has been registered and titled to him and that it was too late to back outas per mr ***s request the vehicle was registered, plated, titled, the registry on tuesday july 14, cashed our checkthank you for the opportunity to explain our side.*** ***

repeatedly asked me for my card number over 6 times now, I have given it to them. They are more than capable of refunding my money any time they wish, as they have not and it has been over a week, I feel that this is some sort of game they are playing to get around refunding my money. They have all my information and have not refunded my money. End of story. Whatever lies they want to come up with stating they're happy to refund me, are just that, lies.

As I have previously stated, you have been given my card information OVER 6 times now. You also have the information for when you charged me originally. I will not continue to give you my card information over and over again to have you STILL not refund my money. If you have already refunded my money, you have not said so until now, and you have not refunded it to the appropriate bank account, as I have no record of such transactions. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank so you should be hearing from them soon as well.

sorry that any customer is unhappy or feels that something was not properly explained about thier options. 1. as explained to all customers an extended warranty is not required as well as gap insurance without these items the bank may rate the loan more risky and require more of a down...
payment. 2. both [redacted] and her father who is also a signer with her on this lease knew both the terms, conditions, of this lease the term they both agreed on and signed for was 103 biweekly payments this was clearly shown on the lease contract they both signed . 3. the car can be traded or paid off at any time with no prepayment penalty the only amount the customer will owe is whatever principal is still owed on the original lease agreement.
