I am regarding towards complaint number # [redacted] As we approached the customer to whom we were moving she was giving me and my workers a nasty attitude, we felt uncomfortable working with her but still continued to do soLater that evening we were told to discontinue the move because she had other plans around the timeShe paid us for our service that dayAs the night continued she called me and gave very positive feedbackDays later she called and asked that we move the rest of her furniture for free where as I disagreed that we would not provide our service for free she got very upset, then she threatened my company saying that she was going to make the company pay and give it a bad reputationShe repeatedly called me and the last time we spoke she complained saying we made holes on her walls and damaged her furniture, we are a very fragile moving company and are very cautious with every move we do which is why we take the time to? keep furniture and all surroundings? safeWe take photos of any already damaged furniture and walls,? therefore we did not cause any damageShe paid for our service on that day, she did not pay us for work in advance?
