Hi [redacted] ,In response to the complaint by [redacted] on 2/20/17, the patients charge of $was removed per her request Per her complaint we wrote off the charge (there was a billing error made by the front office that accidentally got over looked, it should have been removed sooner).NOTE: It was explained several times to the patient that depending on the amount of build up or bone loss some patients require more than the standard two cleanings a year (this is not always covered by insurance but is the standard of care according to the ADA)Also, it was explained that in areas of more bone loss it is a more difficult cleaning (thus the difference in cost) Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns Thanks, [redacted] ***, DDSRound Rock Dental Group [redacted]
