On July 5, 2012, I entered into a contract with Roughneck Graphics to develop a web-based application This application is an electronic medical record (EMR) to organize and manage patient clinical data Per contract, the development process should have required five stages, which were to take place over an estimated twelve month period Unfortunately, more than three years later, the project is still only in Stage Three (Development Stage) According to our signed contract, Stage Three should have been completed by April and the remaining two stages (Testing Stage and Launch Stage) should have been completed by July Since then, Roughneck Graphics still have NOT completed the EMR and have used deception to reassure me it would be completed I was over charged for total development cost and they have asked for more money I am now going to take legal action
