I went to Mr.Ahmed car dealership Aug.23,2019 and purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot for $4000,which came with a 60-day warranty covering transmissions and engines.Mr.Ahmed stated to get a print-out from Auto Zone and if there were issues,he'll have his mechanic to fix it.I brought the print-out to Mr.Ahmed and I pointed out that the engine light was on,so he proceeded by going under the hood disconnecting it,which made it go off.He told me to wait in the office and his mechanic did repairs in 20 minutes and said I was good to go.After driving the vehicle for a couple of weeks it started jerking Sept.22,2019.I brought the vehicle to Mr.Ahmed on Sept.23,2019 and asked him would he please test drive it,but he refused and using profanity told me to get off his property.I told him that he either fix it or give me a refund.I asked for his full name,which he refused,so I called the police.The police wrote a report and told me to file a claim.I tried to work with Mr.Ahmed is resolving this issue in an effort to keep the vehicle,but he would not cooperate.So I filed a complaint with Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission(LUMVC) requesting funds to repair the vehicle by my mechanic or a full refund,including taxes and titles.During the investigation Mr.Ahmed lied and told the LUMVC agent Mr.Monroe that I broke his computer,which he didn't report when I called the police out.Furthermore,why didn't he show the cameras to the police or agent.Mr. assumed I put a lot of miles on the vehicle,so the agent came to my home to read the miles,which showed otherwise.Afterwards,Mr.Ahmed said he would repair the transmission,but by his mechanic.I don't trust his mechanic,don't want the vehicle,requesting full refund,including taxes and titles.I turned the case over to the Attorney General Office Jan.22,2020 awaiting response.This whole ordeal has caused me mental anguish and should have been settled at the beginning and not drawn out all these months had Mr.Ahmed agreed to repair it on Sept.23,2019.
