Rottler very professional and efficient. Had them for several years.

Excellent company to deal with. Explaned everything they were going to do and followed through.
They put more insulation in the attic and took care of setting up a payment plan with Laclede Gas.
Cleaned up after putting insulation in.
Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional.

Replacement of hardware cloth as part of the agreed service contract was not originally completed professionally. The work is inconsistent and sloppy. I've reached out to the business several times with the concerns and the issue remains unresolved.

I called Rottler today because I noticed stains on my attic vents, and I wanted to ensure that no pests were entering my attic. Steve from Rottler was at my house an hour after I called. He carefully inspected my attic and assured me that it was pest-free, that all screens were intact, and that nothing could get in. He was very professional and personable. The service was free, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company.

Rottler is by far the best pest control service we've ever use. Their system of notifications and updates is great, especially if you work full time outside the home. The staff is responsive, professional and our pests are nowhere to be seen.

Great customer service

Rottler does my mole & mosquito control and are wonderful! They text ahead of time so I can allow them access to my backyard, and they are in/out quickly & discreetly. Professional and neat. They will even offer to show the moles caught in traps (if you want), yuck! ;-)
