I would highly recommend Rottler Pest and Lawn Solutions I've been with Rottler for one season now and am extremely satisfied with the results Cody takes care of my lawn and always makes me feel like I'm his one an only customer Any question I have is answered with 24hrs of my call He offers excellent advise and shows a genuine concern for my lawn My lawn is one year old and because of Rottler's excellent service and product, my lawn looks better than most lawns on my street After each application Cody is very meticulous to clean up any over spray I will continue to use Rottler for all my lawn care needs

We have been using Rottler for a couple years now. We had a carpenter ant problem in our deck and even after attempts at controlling ourselves, hadn't fully resolved it until we started with Rottler. Tony is great...he schedules his appointments with us by phone in advance, always works around our busy schedules, and is highly professional. He's also always readily available if we have any issues between scheduled service calls, though we haven't had any since we started with Rottler. I am very pleased with the quality and level of customer service this company provides. We had previously gone with Orkin and a smaller local company for pest control services in the past. Though both worked out fine for bug control, customer service and professionalism was not nearly as positive an experience as it has been with Rottler. Orkin always showed up outside the 4-hour windows they gave us for service calls, while Rottler calls us in advance of scheduled service appointments and gives us a much more precise window of when they will be there, and they stick to it.

I'm very happy with Rottler they have gotten rid of my pests and they have very good service. I really appreciate there service tech Ben, he is very friendly and will work with your schedule to do the job at a time that is convenient.

I have been extremely satisfied with Rottler and their service technicians. My current rep is Jason [redacted] and he does a phenomenal job. He listens to my concerns and truly goes beyond my expectations to keep my home bug free.

This issue is resolved. I met with him about a week ago and they acknowledged mistakes were made and we came to a mutual agreement on refunds. I was very impressed on how quickly they responded.

Rottler is a fantastic professional service. James, my associate, is dedicated to the highest quality level of service. Rottler always keeps my home pest free!

They are always courteous and efficient, and the ants have stayed gone.

Appreciate the offer for a refund from this company. I still have the mice issue but can now try to find a company that will help me.

Had a new tech today, was very polite and very thorough, excellent service !!!!!! Nate is the BEST, he was here much longer than other tech, checked everything , I am so pleased. Used to pay and think I didn't get fair service but not with Nate.

I have only wonderful things to say about Rottler pest and lawn control. I was using a different company until spring 2016. They were unable to control my pest problems. I switched to Rottler and am very pleased. I am allergic to the chiggers in our grass as well as other insects. My technician, Andrew B. has made my life so much better. I can go into my garden without getting covered in bites. I can open my cabinets without a little mouse staring back at me! The huge spiders are non existent. Whatever the company uses works. But I also appreciate how professional Andrew is and how comfortable I am with him in and around my home. In all honesty, Andrew and Rottler have greatly improved the quality of my life.
