Dear Mrs [redacted],      In reviewing your invoices I do see Inv # 5000 On January 22we cleaned your sewer line  from the house to the street 30 ft our average charge of 195 plus tax was charged, the second job invoice # 5367 was for your 4" waste line cleaning 20 ft for a cost...

of $165. both clean outs for these drains are in your basement. Normally the sewer clean out would be outside and back up would occur outside,  your waste line would back up inside.  That being said,  the second job you gave a credit card number for payment which has not had available funds since the day of the job.  I have tried numerous times to contact you by phone to no avail.  I gave up and did not continue legal matters and tore up the job. I am wondering why you did not try to call me first with the complaint and why did you not return my calls.  I also do not understand how you can make a complaint when you never paid for the service you got for free.Please call me at your earliest convenienceSincerely,

a rude, disgusting man came and did nothing and charged us $189 for a service call when he was here for 5 mins and did nothing. He put no covers on his shoes and tracked sewage through my house. He said that we had to call the person that replaced the pipes in our basement 3 years ago, and that he could do nothing. waste of time and money!
