Roto-Rooter Septic Tank Service

Review: Roto Rooter came in the afternoon on June 25/13. did snake outside pipe. did not snake inside toilet pipe (the toilet was off my brother pulled).I did pay him $374.50. that night my brother installed toilet.it did not work. I did call Roto Rooter that night. the mechanic said he could come back in a couple of days , I should remove my sink because he only has the one machine. I did not remove my sink it didn't sound right to me .Fri June 28 I did not receive any contact from Roto Rooter. when I did talk to mechanic he said there would be a cost of apr. $300 more. sience the no guarantee box was checked (the mechanic did not explane the recipet to me. I gave him my check and he gave me a receipt and drove away) I did call Corporate office on July 3. they said they were going to contact the owner. I did talk to the owner ,(before I called Corporate the same time I was talking to mechanic) he said same thing mechanic said. I did not receive any phone calls sience I called Corporate. My toilet problems are fixed. some body else did snake it. not Roto RooterDesired Settlement: I would like a refund. Roto Rooter did not snake from in side the house. Their web sight states they have the means to do that
