We have four witnesses to this conversationOn 5-11-15, Owner talked to the person who quoted ***, and she stated that she did not quote him for the extra footageSo the Owner called *** on 5-11-@ 2:pm, and *** did not answerOwner left a message to *** letting him know that he found out from the person who quoted him that she did not quote him for the extra footage and he would remove the extra $chargeWe have not heard back from ***We do not swear at our customersWe have tried to work with him, however, since he doesn't communicate with us, what are we to do?
