Efficient, tidy and friendly service

On a Friday evening in October 2016, I had a plumbing emergency. Sewage was backing up into a shower in my basement suite. I called Roto-Rooter. The plumber on call that night was Andrew and he called me back promptly. Andrew came to the house right away and worked efficiently to clear the blockage. Once it was clear, Andrew used a cable-camera to find the root (literally) of the problem and he made a good suggestion about how to avoid a recurrence. Andrew was friendly and courteous, He did a good job of cleaning up before he left. And I felt his charges were reasonable in the circumstances.
I have had a bad experience with a plumber in the past, but my whole experience with Roto-Rooter was positive. I commend Andrew for his professionalism and I recommend his employer to anyone who needs plumbing work done in their home.
