Orleans *** negotiated a car sale in bad faith, tried to avoid performing pre-paid maintenance, and ignored complaints and resolution offers
In an effort to sell a used black *** on January 8, 2017, sales associate *** told me that he could either reduce the total price of the car OR include winter tires and rims at "dealership cost." I opted to purchase the car at the stated price and did not undertake further negotiations on the winter tires and rims with the understanding that options for these peripherals would be presented to me upon completion of the deal and I would be able to purchase both at "dealership cost."
