Roto-Rooter Green Bay

Roto rooter came to clear main sewer drain which they did. Additionally we asked them to clear two floor drains. They said they would for another few. We took their word for it that they did but a week later we got a bunch of rain and a floor drain backed up really bad. I sucked water out and find a bunch of crap still in the drain that they supposedly cleared.
