Roto Rooter

My hot water heater stopped working. I called Roto Rooter who came over and said my thermostat was broken. They had to get the piece which was under warranty and then replace it for $650.
I went with another company who was going to charge me much less to change out the thermostat. I waited for a week for the part to come in and when my new plumber went to install it, they realized the circuit had tripped. My thermostat was absolutely FINE. Roto Rooter just never followed through on the job and jumped to a conclusion. They reset my circuit and my hot water is fine. I do NOT recommend them at all!
