The business has stated that they contact the consumer directly to ask him to stop by the office and they will take care of him.  In addition, they offered him a $12.00 car wash for free.

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I did not bother going for the refund or the free wash as it wouldn't be worth my time during business hours to retrieve this refund. The [redacted] was adamant about contacting me though which I was happy to see. I suggested to him that he update the listed phone number for the business and perhaps have some type of complaint drop box at the location to prevent any future mishaps from resulting in a Revdex.com complaint.

Review: The car wash is an unmanned self service/automatic wash. I put a 20 dollar bill in the bill changer and received only 16.25 back in change. I then went to the vacuum/ carpet cleaner which says it costs 1.50. I put 6 quarters in the machine and it didn't start. I added 6 more and still no success. I then [redacted] the business and tried to call the number listed but it sounded like a fax line not a phone line. If I don't get my money back that's fine, but something needs to be done to stop these people from stealing the publics money. Thank you.Desired Settlement: As I stated above, a refund of the 6.75 would be nice but is not my main goal in filing this complaint. This needs to stop as I'm sure im not the only one who has had such an experience there.
