Review: Roto-Frank Company of America not honoring their lifetime guarantee on their Roof Windows

Purchased 4 H-15-C roof windows in 1993, retained receipt and mailed in registration card. In 2013 two of the windows failed with leaking seals. Contacted Roto-Frank Company requesting replacement of the failed windows. Their Marketing Manager called me back and said they will not honor the warranty, they have been through this before, take them to court if I want to. They stopped making these in 2005 and do not make them anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like replacement glass for the two failed units.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:

Received email response from Marketing Director stating my name was not in their database so they would not honor their warranty. This is either a lie or they no longer have a database.

Windows were purchased in 1993 and registered through USPS using their warranty card. They sold the skylight business in 2005 and it since went out of business in 2011. I provided them with the original purchase receipt and have not heard from them since.

Spoke to Market director on the phone and the individual was very rude.

I have the original the purchase receipt I can scan and email if necessary.
