They leave a VERY scary message on your machine that insinuates that you've been "uncooperative" in an "investigation against you" and they'll have no other choice than to report you "to the proper jurisdiction."

EVERYTHING they purport is that you are in legal trouble. Being in debt is not against the law. These guys should be shut down.

I just got a phone call??!! I've called back multiple times?? I have no idea what this is regarding.

Why cant I put "0" stars? Received call from Austin TX #, recording said they will take legal action if I don't call them back at their office.

For whom it may concern, this is a *** company. Do not give them personal information. A real debt collector must send you written notice, and they must speak to you in person, not use a recording. There is also a very specific legal spiel they must give you before speaking with you. You would know long before you get a phone call that you have a debt as you would get legitimate written legal notice. If this was a legitimate company, they could be sued under federal law for several breaches of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Review this act and know your rights.

I returned a call as same as the other reviews the person was very rude and hung up on me. They gave a lot of personal information but messed up when they talked about me defaulting on a loan from a bank that I have never had an account with. They also stated that I defaulted on a loan that I have a proof of paying in full letter. They demanded payment today or they would see me in court. He said he also did not give a dam about any proof I have. I explained that was just fine with me and they also stated they do not care about what proof I have. This is clearly a *** and if not I will handle in court. They need to be stopped.......

These people called me from an Austin, TX phone number asking about a family member, got rude and hung up on me and then called me back from a New York phone number...threatening me. Hanging up when they call or don't answer. They think they are slick!! Why won't anyone do something about this?

This firm has left me 3 messages saying I owe a depth and that they are going to take legal action. I have not received any correspondence from via mail, only these calls. I have returned their call on the number they called me on only to go to voice mail.

Awful company. Awful people. This company won't stop harassing me and my family members because of a debt another family member owes. Non stop calls/threats are made towards me and my family. When calling, the very rude and unprofessional employee spouts out all of my information including my social security number, without any verification of who I am first. That is what's most concerning. I can block a few callers but I can't fix a potential fraud on my credit report. These people need to be shut down or put in jail. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Fake calls from this company repeatedly, trying to scare people by using threatening language. I have NO business through this company, they have NO business calling me. It's obvious they are using spam calls to solicit your personal information or money. DO NOT ENGAGE with them or give away ANY PERSONAL info to them. Please Beware!

They called left a voicemail,when I returned their call, several times, they did not answer. Not sure why they are calling, but I guess they can do what they need to do if they don't want to answer. I have an attorney always on retainer. So I guess we will see what happens.

Left me threatening voicemails, three separate associates all in the same day were extremely verbally abusive. Advised me a Cease and Desist request does not apply to them, they can call and harass me as much as they want. Refused to take a payment arrangement, all three hung up on me threatening me. This company should be shut down. When I questioned why had received no response from the emails I had sent through their company website, I was advised, we dont have to respond. I am only leaving one star as the ability to give 0 is not an option.

This company left me a voicemail. When I returned the call, the person, already had my name, home address social security number before I could even say hello. They did not even attempt to verify who I was before giving me VERY personal information, which no real debt collector would do. When I asked for mailed proof of the debt, the person refused, and offered to email it. I am still waiting for that email.
This is clearly a scam, but highly disturbing how much personal information of mine they had.

Just awful. Rude, malicious and all around atrocious business. They make threatening phone calls and harass debtors. *** threatened me with legal action including "Breach of Contract" and "Malicious intent to defraud a financial institution". My debt was included in a bankruptcy which had already been discharged. Having this information, he proceeded to threaten me with legal action. Appalling.
