Jan 2016This situation was very unfortunate and resulted in two guests that looked very similarThe first guest was given back an ID card that she looked at and said was hers, the second guest was the victim of someone else with her IDWe immediately addressed the matter and within
hours had contacted the other person and arranged the exchangeWithin hours *** *** was refunded a total amount of $as a refund and the cost of replacing her license even though we did find it and return it to her.We have since made adjustments to the system to ensure that each ID is read by a staff member as the ID is returnedJeff T.
