So I paid $130 to Rothchild Services for listings of apartment for ManhattanI spoke with [redacted] ###-###-####-cell and [redacted] email me apartment listing. Well, I called the contacts for the apartment I was interested in And low and behold the apartments are NOT REAL or the contact name was wrong or the $ amount of the apartment was incorrect or no oneAnswer the contact phone number.Below is an copy of the listing from [redacted] from [redacted] the info is totally incorrect.I called [redacted] on July ** to clarify the info and he said I will call you back. He never did !I called and his voice mail indicated DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE !!Can you PLEASE HELP ME !! Review: I am a client receiving public assistance. While I have continuously been adamant that not only am I seeking a landlord that accepts payments from my specific public assistance program (which is specifically advertized as an agency which Rothchild Realty regularly works with provides listings for) but I have continuously stated that I am looking for listings offering 1 bedroom or studio apartments for less that $1,100 per month. Rothchild Realty advertises those two guidelines as something they regularly work with. When I have been fortunate enough to get return calls after leaving voice mails at their listed number (###-###-####) I was promised returned phone calls along with reassurances that not only do they have listings which I can use, but I could expect to secure stable housing through them within a month's time of the phone call. Neither has proven to be true. I have seen multiple addresses used for their business, and I have seen two different phone numbers used as contact information for their office. However, the website has consistently been the same. [redacted]

I am angry that I paid $124.99 for a service that resulting in me receiving little more than listings to apartments which are not only highly inaccurate to what is advertised ( they advertise apartments that accept multiple public assistance programs for as low as $900 a month, the actual listings I have received contain only listings that either do not work with my specific public assistance program-despite it being listed on Rothchild Realty's site-or are far above my specified budget), but completely useless to me as a consumer. I have never complained about a business before, but this instance has left me little choice. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, I have given them months to deliver listing which were promised as plentiful and hassle-free. I've been left with no option but to hopefully stop this from happening to another person in a similarly difficult situation. I would have been better off having not attempted to used their services, and I would have been much better off not paying $124.99 for emails which don't even pertain to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the full amount charged by Rothchild Realty from my Citibank debit card.
