As stated previously we would be happy to help this customer and if he is willing to listen to what we need so we can make a warranty claim, we would be happy to help. All mfg require information like pictures and original copies of invoices (which they had the original invoice) but without proof of a defect (and mfg have rules on what they consider a defect) It makes it difficult for me to help. Again we only follow the mfg rules these are not our rules for mfg warranty claims. For all mfg claims I tell the customer to please help me help you.

Company responded via phone as follows:Revdex.com spoke with Scott and he stated is intending on fixing the issue in order to resolve the complaint.  As soon as he has a delivery in the consumer's area, he will schedule the service call to fix the issue.

Company responded via fax:All service issues have been taken care of.  If the customer has any further issues, she needs to call our customer service department.

Again, please tell the customer to call the store and ask for a customer service manager to tell them what is needed from the mfg. They were never told they didnt have a warranty.

Hello I bought the set from LaSalle they sold me a foundatiin that dosent match the mattress, I received a new mattress from the manufacturer but they wont warrant it due to the incorrect foundation being sold with it.I thought when you buy a set the appropriate units should be sold with it so that if you do have a warranty claim there wont be an issue.
