I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Once I was able to speak with the manager we were able to quickly and effectively work out the issue and he did a good job of resolving the issue. I apologize I had to use this forum to get it worked out however ryan's made it right and we were able to continue our business relationship
