My husband purchased a pair of boots for me for my birthday present. They were not my style, and we are trying to return them to***. I have tried multiple times (over 5 attempts) to get the return address. The employee (***) was very polite at first and offered me a 25% refund to keep the boots. I explained that I was not going to wear them and that I would pay the shipping. She then further tried to get me to give them as a gift to someone. I explained that I did not want to do that as well. I simply wanted to return them. *** wrote me back again saying the shipping would be expensive, and she didn't want me to have to bear the expense. I explained again that I did not mind the shipping cost and proceeded to ask for the return address. She continued to email me the same thing over and over for 5 days. So, I found another way to contact them via Messager on Facebook. The associate offered me 30% refund and wanted me to regift the item as well. I explained numerous times that I would pay the shipping and just wanted to return. She eventually quit responding to me. I have tried multiple times (above and beyond) to acquire the return address, and both associates have not been willing to give it to me
