On March 28, 2020 I purchased slippers from an online website Rosypenny for $28.74.I have sent 5 emails and no delivery. They keep saying it's way.
*** - linked to my *** credit card. This company keeps telling me that the will notify me once in the U.S. There are 5 other reviews online from others receiving no merchandise
I have contacted ***or a dispute of this fraudulent company. See others reviews on Google search. I have several email responses from Rosypenny telling me to keep waiting (1month) later.
I never received my order and it is in the post office in Hong Kong because of the coronovirus and is probably under quarantine.
Order #*** for $65.39 and was charged an additional charge on my credit card for $1.96. I called my credit card and was told this was an international postal charge for an order. This is when I found out my order was coming from Hong Kong. Then the coronavirus and the quarantine stated. I repeatedly contacted Rosypenny and was always told my order is being shipped. They would not cancel my order or refund my money as the order was shipped. But it was not shipped, I never received a tracking number and the order is in the post office in Hong Kong and not going anywhere for a very long time if ever. I don't even want the order for fear of contracting the coronavirus.
I want the order cancelled and a refund.
My husband placed an online order, paid in full at the time of the order, on November 22, 2019. We have yet to receive two of the three items in the order. My husband has reached out via email on several occasions to the Customer Care email address on the website to ask for updates on the items and most recently to demand a rrefund for the two items since they are not even in transit to be delivered to our home. The responses from Rosypenny are generic and passive, and do not address the issue that we have paid for two pairs of shoes that at this point, Rosypenny has ZERO intention of delivering to my husband. This is terrible business practice and all we want is a refund of our money for the two items they never delivered from the order.

Refund We don't want the items anymore. They were intended to be Christmas gifts. It's now past the holiday and the items are still not in transit. We want a refund for the items that Rosypenny failed to produce.
