Rosys Ultimate Salons response to the refunddemand [redacted] came to the salonShe said she saw the full highlight special on [redacted] Then we checked her hair which was red and blackShe accepted the fact that her hair was two ColorsIt was Curly and longOur policy was that for long hair it Would be $extraHowever, we said that we will give it to her for $dollars in total for only full highlightsShe agreed to thisWhen they finished she was extremely happyLater that day she called saying that her highlights were too back off her foreheadWe Said that she could come to the Salon So we could discuss what she didn't like about our treatment to her hairThen she arrived to the salon and then she explained to us what was the problemWe then fixed it and we recommended a shampoo for her hair that would maintain her highlights in tactThen she was very happy and she began to thank usShe left happilyThe second day she calledShe said that she wanted her money back and that if we didn't then she was going to give bad reviews through all the internet; and she didShe also added that she was going to sue usWe then asked why didn't she say anything in the Salon the day beforeShe then began to insult the person on the phone and so we hung up to avoid anymore destruction
