I received a bill 3 years after the date of service. At the time of service I had 2 insurances which should have had me owing very little if anything. The bill was for a fairly large amount so I called the office to inform them there must be an error and requested more information. After some time I received a phone call from the office manager. She was rude, unprofessional and insisted there was nothing she could do but turn it over to their attorney, and then hung up on me. I tried to call back to speak with her again and the receptionist refused to let me speak with her. I have checked with both insurance companies and only one insurance company received a claim. I understand that mistakes are made every day but the unprofessionalism of this office manager was unacceptable.
